- A flat $8.00 shipping fee will be charged going to one recipient address in the 48 contiguous states.
- Please provide an accurate physical address for all shipments, clearly noting Apartment & Suite #’s if applicable. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders will be shipped standard ground only via FedEx, DHL or UPS. If a particular carrier is preferred, please make note of it upon checkout, or to our customer service representative.
- Please note that due to FAA regulations, expedited or overnight shipping is NOT an option for any of our chemical products. In most cases, however, orders are shipped the same business day they are received. If urgency is an issue, please let us know so we can best determine which ground carrier services your area best.
- Please contact us directly to arrange shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or other Overseas’ destinations.
- Damaged shipments, incorrect products, or shortages must be reported to KBS Coatings within 48 hours of accepting delivery. No credit can be given for damages or shortages reported after that time. We will gladly accept returns within 90 days from date of purchase. Please call or email us for an RA# to accompany all returns. Returned products must be unused and in re-sellable condition. Please package well to avoid any loss or damage claims. Return shipping costs are the purchaser's responsibility. Please note that all eligible returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee and original shipping costs are not refundable.
