XTC Silicone Zinc Rich Primer prevents corrosion of metal surfaces exposed to high heat, high humidity, condensation and salt air. XTC Silicone Zinc Rich Primer functions much like galvanizing as it locks itself to bare metal surfaces leaving a perfect primed surface for top coating. XTC Silicone Zinc Rich Primer can be used alone as a finish paint. XTC Silicone Zinc Rich Primer withstands temps in excess of 1200F (648C).
