Q: Is the coating thin enough to be able to coat a gas tank with baffles in it just by rotating the tank through different orientations? The tank has been removed from the car and the tank has been coated with Ospho to transforn the rust to an Iron phosphate surface.

Asked by: Ray Bazil - 1/2/2015
A: Yes, you can coat a tank with baffles. The Tank Sealer was designed to flow through the tank covering the entire tank including baffles by rotating the tank slowly in all directions. Be sure to use the KBS Klean and RustBlast first to prep the inside of your tank.
