- Orders ship from our warehouse in Valparaiso, Indiana. We utilize FedEx, UPS, USPS, and various LTL freight carriers depending on shipment size and destination.

Expedited Same Day Ground Shipping vs. Same Day Economy Ground Shipping
Expedited Same Day Ground uses FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Same Day Economy Ground may ship via UPS SurePost, USPS Ground Advantage, FedEx Ground Economy, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground. - Due to FAA regulations, air or overnight shipping is not available for most chemical and paint products. In most cases, orders ship the same business day if placed by 3:00 PM CST. If your order is urgent, please contact us directly to check for available options. We are closed on most major holidays.
- The recipient address must have a working mail receptacle.
- Pallet-size orders typically require a 1–5 business day lead time and ship via freight carrier. Our team will contact you to arrange delivery. Accessorial freight charges may apply.
- If a valid email address is provided, a tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
- Damaged shipments, incorrect products, or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe cannot be credited.
- Return Policy: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please call 219-263-0073 or email us to obtain an RMA number prior to returning items. Products must be unused and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A 10% restocking fee applies, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
