Note: RustSeal is not intended for use as a final finish. Repeated or prolonged exposure to direct UV light will cause cosmetic alteration to its color and sheen. RustSeal’s guaranteed rust protective properties, however, will not degrade. In areas not exposed to direct UV light, like the underside of a car, RustSeal will seal as well as serve as a great looking final finish. To protect against unwanted cosmetic changes, topcoat RustSeal with any opaque (solid color) paint system. Please note that a clear topcoat cannot provide the needed UV protection. Choose the closest color associated RustSeal primer to compliment your topcoat and protect against potential visible surface chips.

This is the second time I have used the frame coat system. First time now 2 years old and holding up well. Good products, reasonable prices.

Easy To Use. Looks Great.

I used the three step system. It was very easy to use and the underbody looks great. I brushed the rust seal but you can't tell. Looks like it was sprayed.

Rust proofing

It's good stuff. Only complaint is how difficult it is to keep it from running, forming drip marks. If not for that I would give it the full 5 stars.

Highly Recommend

I needed to coat my rusty car hauler. Bought this kit (with Free Shipping, thanks KBS!) and it had everything that I needed. Use the KBS Klean with my pressure washer to clean it up. RustBlast was straight forward. The RustSeal and BlackTop rolled and brushed on beautifully. I thinnned it with a splash with provided thinner and the brush marks flowed out perfectly. Just brush and move on. Don't brush back and forth. It's magical the way the brush marks flow out. Highly recommend. Looks great!
